my first blog- Miracles are really possible!
Posted On 03/06/2008 15:08:04
Hi everyone...i just read few blogs from others and those testimonies really gave me inspiration to write one for the first time. I wanted to share my testimony how i came into church and i trully know now that my baptism was a real miracle. After, if you read it, you will be able to see why. Hope my testimony will help you to see that all things are possible if you really believe in them and if you have lots of patience.

well..the thing with my mum...oh like i sad I think that was a miracle :) everything began when I started to come to church on English class. I never thought I would like to become a member. But after sometime missionaries thought me lessions and I decided to be baptised. I was only about 15, soon 16 so I needed promission from some of my parents. Well I live only with my mum becuase my mum and dad are divorced so I needed from my mum. when I mentioned her church she was happy that I'm happy and she saw that I'm enjoying going there but when I sad that i want to be baptised she sad: "oh come on...you're only 16. you feel good there..that's why you want that. Missionaries are trying to persuade you"...So that thing I was listening about 3 years. Yaeh, I waited for about 3 years to be baptised. I was fasting and praying during that time but at one time I almost gave up but after my 18th birthday, only day after that I said:"mum I really want to be baptised..please can I" ( I wanted that my mum support me and to feel ok with my desicion.i didn't want to be baptised without her knowing becuase when i turned 18 i could do it but i didn't want)....she said:" well it's your life..if you really want that so badly you can. I'll be there with you" ...  i thought I'll lose consciousness..I couldn't believe.. then i was going out with 2 friends which are also members of the church and i was crying all the time..we went to missionaries to tell them and they were crying too. Imagine that after 3 years you find out that you can do something you really wanted. 3 years missionaries tried with me. Even she had some lessions and she said me that she is so happy that i can be member..she sees how happy I'm. she was even crying with me on baptism..then I really knew that I didn't make any mistake by being baptised and that the miracles are really imposible. because before baptism, sometimes I thought that I shouldn't be baptised and I had lots of challanges, even my father find out and told me that he won't talk to me but now everything is grait. my only hope is that some of my family will also become member..if not now in next world :) now i'm a member for year and the half and i can see how many blessings i got and have in my life. My mum supports me and really see how happy i am to be a member. she knows the truth and i know she can feel the Holy Spirit but she still didn't recognize it to motivate her to stop smoking and drinking coffee..but i know that day will happen. My brother and sister don't believe in gospel that we as a members preach but i also know they will one day...

So, with this testimony i know this church is true and that God loves us and i know when we obey His commandments and follow His example everything is possible. =)
