I am an abused woman and am struggling despertely with everything right now.  I am scared to be alone as you said and I wonder where my Lord is during this time.

Hi!  Just dropping by to see all my friends.  How have you been?
That motto on your page, about forgiveness, really hit home with me.  I had never thought of it that way before.  Thanks for the new insight.

I was thinking of my Norske heritage, and my two favorite foods were lefse and lutefisk.  We always had that on holidays, visiting my grandparents in Wisconsin.  Do you ever have that?  I know very little of the language, just bits and pieces. My grandfather was a farmer and also owned a barbershop, and on the weekend, according to my mother, all the Scandinavian farmers would come to town and get their haircuts, and the air would be filled with Norske slang and cussing.

That's interesting that you are Norwegian.  My maternal grandfather was full-blooded Norwegian.

I like the Book of Mormon Movie, too!  I think that is so cool that you were in it.  That must have been quite an experience.

Thanks for the good wishes--I  think we will be happy--we are only unhappy when we are not together.  :O)    I am not sure about the doctorate yet--why get another degree and still be unemployed?  I can do all the research and set up my own experimental designs from home and not have to pay any one for anything, so I may just stick with that.
My oldest daughter (16 yo) has decided that she is done with high school and is moving on to college this coming semester, so I will be spending a lot of time running her around for now (until she gets her license).  Between her medical issues and her emotional/behavioral ones, I am sure there will not be much time for anything I want to do in the daytime for while to come!  She is only starting out with 2 classes this semester (English & equine management) since I am not fully convinced she is ready for a fulltime load.

I guess that is all the news for the moment--more to follow......

Hey--Not a problem--I just figured your life did what mine does all the time--went nuts!  :O)  Sorry the job went sour--it happens sometimes.  Is your new job better?  I have not found a job at this point, but I am getting married sometime soon (yippee!), so it may not matter so much.  :O)
TTYL--
Have a great New Years!
