if you feel you have to be perfect then choose something like tithing or what ever and become perfect in one thing. that way you feel good about perfecting youself in one area.

Thank you for your kind words.  I also do as much as I can because I am disabled and at home, so I have the opportunity.  However, some days when I doing nothing I do feel lazy which is not a good thing.  Because of my situation I am overwhelmed easily I want to do every perfect even though my mind tells me only God is perfect.  Then what happens is I shut down totally. I do pray a lot to get me through and I have gotten better my husband has seen the difference.

Again, thank for your kind words they are appreciated.

I too have started reading the "The Work and the Glory"  I am only on the first book.  I have so much reading and studing since I am a new convert 1/13/08.  That it is hard for me to do everything.  I am trying and praying for help.  I have also signed up for online independent study (free) at BYU.  Which is helping a lot.  There is just so much to learn.  The only hard thing I have had to scarfice is Defcaffinated Coffee (iced).  The urge is strong, however I have not had one since November.  So, I hope the lord sees I am willing to follow his word.  How wonderful you are to seal your marriage in the temple I heard it is wonderful.  My husband is not a member but he is being supportive.  My friends and family have seen a difference in me which is what I am hoping will help.
Any advice I am open to it.
