I had went out on the porch there was a little humming bird flying into the screen trying to get out.Then this thought came to me .Go and tell your daughter .I have a daughter staying with me that is struggling right now with the challenges in life and her thoughts about GOD and religion.So anyway I went back to her room where she was reading and I said hey come and see this bird on the porch it is so cute.Well she said she didn't want to get up and kinda let me know she was not interested and to leave her along.So not wanting to make her mad and upsetting her I left but then the same small voice came again.Go get her to come out and see it I didn't know what could possible come from this but I went back again and told that I need her to come out and catch it and put it off the porch that I didn't  want it to hurt itself.She was so mad she came stomping out the door and out to the porch just so full of rage.Then the touch of GOD's love touched her.She caught it and she had never held a humming bid she held this beautiful tiny bird and l saw her eyes change from anger to love and compassion so quickly.Then I looked at her and said now aren't you glad I got you to come out and she said yes with so much kindness in her voice.Then we stood together on the steps and she opened her hands with such gentleness and we watched it fly up into the sky with such grace and I said I wonder if that is how our spirits leave our body she looked up into the sky and with a smile on her face and with a look like I never thought about that but I wonder if they do too..I am glad that I listened to that small voice that is a memory I wll alway remembe.I just wanted to share it with anyone that might read this.I know that we should always listen to the HOLY SPIRIT even if we don't understand why it want us to do something it is always for a good reason and we will never regret listening to it .GOD loves up so much and will never lead us wrong.

I am a member of the church of JESUS CHRIST OF LATER DAY SAINTS.I have been a member since 1977.I am sealed to my husband .I have four children and six grandchildren.I live in west virginia . I am a true blue hill billy.I love to sing and play the guitar.We have two horses,three cats ,six dogs ,one guinea pig,one hamster.one chinese water dragon and two frogs and oh yes two fish.My daughter is 14 and she loves animals.She wants to be a vet one day.
