As I'm sure most of you can guess, I grew up reading Louis La'Mour. I really enjoy his ability to describe the American West. Lately my wife has introduced me to Clive Cussler and Dan Brown. Both are very good authors and I enjoy their stories. But I would have to say that lately my favorite read is the scriptures. I never really liked reading them when I was younger, but now I have found that my understanding has been opened and I love the gospel that is shared by the prophets of old.

Hiding from the chores that my wife wants me to do!! :)

I enjoy so many of your posts.  Glad you joined this site.  It's good to see another fellow Utahn.  I have lots of family in Orem.

I loved your answer in the forum regarding callings.  I think that when we covenant to consecrate ourselves to the Lord, a calling is the least of how we are asked to prove that.  Thanks.
