You can do this Saldrin.  Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.  Let's support each other and make each other accountable.  I need someone who will support me in this as I don't get it from anyone else.

I won't post how much I weigh, but I need to lose 80 pounds.  I will use Monday as my weigh in day and post each Monday my progress.

Yes Zippy you can do this.  We can all do this.  I think we have a good core group with us this year committed to this.  We need to stick together.

As soon as I have my car back (my son uses it for work during the day while I sleep) I'm going to go pick up some fruit such as apples as well.  Will also look and see if I can find those blood oranges.

You would think I'd would be as thin as a rail.  I can't eat much at any one sitting.  I take a few bites and I feel full already.  It's all the junk that I eat.  Mainly the soda.

I gained .8 of a pound.  Gotta get back to that water again.  Even if it kills me the first few days.  I'll never get past it if I don't just do it.
