I lost 1lb 1oz. It would of been more if I didn't have that chocolate cake and lasagna last week for the missionary dinner we did. It was worth it though! Now to stay on track until next week... lol.

How does that go? "One for All, and All for One" We have laid the lines down. We are still moving forward. We still have a plan.  We still helping others. ( missionaries) We are not giving up. Hang in there everyone.  Loose or gain in a week is only a step. Lets keep steppin'

Can I just say I'm looking forward to weighing in on Monday.  I think I've made progress this week.

That's how I felt last week gaining 5 pounds.  It's only one week.  Next week will be much better.

Weigh in tonight after 10 pm.  I know strange, but that's when we do our weekly weigh in's at work and I work graveyards.   I'll post tomorrow how I did.  I'm really excited to weigh in tonight.  Strange but true.
