I gained another 2 lbs. :(  But I am still going to do this.

I found it here on Gar's page. I was so down and have been checking on him. It fit so well. I am going to do this... this time, Pam. If I have to loose the same 4 lbs over and over til I get pass it.

OK, I lost the weight I gained  :) I lost 6 lbs. I know most of this is wter weight because I have not had a soda in a week. :) Now that I am happy about.

I gained 3 pounds this week.  But I knew I would gain something.  It was not my best week.  But the start of a new week right?  At least I still have stuck with not having any soda.

I stayed the same. I figured that would happen sooner or later, since I've been too busy to exercise & snacking at random... Now to get back on track!

I um have been ducking the scale. I have really been taking the week  off to get my head on straight so its been good im going to go try and start tomarrow again.
