I'm going to come up with weekly challenges. Please feel free to give some suggestions as I know I'm going to quickly run our of ideas. I will probably duplicate challenges as the need arises.

The first week challenge is to get yourself a notebook that you carry strictly for our weight loss program. In this notebook you will keep track of your goals, your daily food intake, any recipes that you find, things that have helped, your daily or weekly exercise program. Anything to do with your weight loss routines.

I have always found that having a notebook to write things down helps me more keep on track.
When we recall the past, we usually find that it is the simplest things - not the great occasions - that in retrospect give off the greatest glow of happiness. Bob Hope If you haven't any charity in your heart, you have the worst kind of heart trouble. Bob Hope

Sounds good. I'm not sure if I'll make it a long term journal for this goal, but I do know that writing my goals down helps solidify them.

I like that idea. I've already been doing something similar, but I've been keeping track of food intake, weight, & exercise online. Think I may need to start a notebook for recipes & notes. :)
