After my first baby I lost the weight (a year later) by drinking slim fast twice a day. I did that for about a month, lost 20 pounds. The next two months I was so used to eating less that I lost an other 20 pounds. Now though, I'm super allergic to non nutritive sweeteners, so no more slim fast for me.

I did like the meal replacement shake though because it was a way for me to eat less without having to measure out portions myself. Once the shake was gone, the meal was done, no more 'one more bite.'

This time I found a meal replacement shake (powder form) and I'm going to start slow in January. One shake a day to replace lunch or dinner. I will exercise 3 times a week, starting slow. I'll probably be going on walks with the kids. My goal is 1.5-2 pounds a week to make my goal of 30 pounds liter for my 30th birthday.

Eating healthy. Doing away with the snacks and the Mt. Dew which is probably the hardest thing for me. I was downing about 2 ltrs of the stuff a day. Lots of water, walking and perhaps even a gym membership.

Eating better, watch my *ahem* snacking (I have trouble with that when I'm bored), drinking enough water and exercising. My exercising usually includes Just dance 3 & Wii Fit.. haha, but when the weather is nice enough I walk around the block :)

I've had to slow down on exercise per pdoc's orders. So I am doing about 60 minutes of exercise per day, and casual swimming on weekends with my husband and daughter. I like to throw in some push-ups and crunches as well, and I just do this in front of the TV. So far, none of what I'm doing has really helped me lose weight, I'm mostly maintaining at the moment.

Ideally, I'd like to lose 10 pounds but I really need to tone up - get firmer - that sort of thing. I think focusing on some moderate weight training will do that.
