I know most of us grew up with the eight(8oz) of water per day recommendation.

What I see more these days is this: Take your total body weight. Divide that in 1/2. That is the number of ozs of water you should be consuming per day.

So the challenge this week. Figure out what that number is and do everything you can to get that amount of water in.

This is going to be hard... I always forget to drink water. I drink it, just not enough of it.

I failed... maybe if I keep some water bottles on hand, I'll do better.
