Hi It's nice to see that Heavenly Father has blessed you so much.  It took me a while to realise that Heavenly Father has given me so many blessings because until a couple of months ago I struggled quite badly with my faith.  I have suffered with depression for years and when I got down instead of turning to Heavenly Father I hid myself away from the world and stopped going to church because I just couldn't face the day.  But I finally came to realise that Heavenly Father never gave up on me and it got to the stage where I just couldn't ignore his promptings to go back to church every where I seemed to turn there was a sign there for for me If I prayed then when I had finished the missionaries would phone or knock at my door so in the end I listened and I'm glad I did because my life just keeps getting better.  From the moment that I returned my life took a turn in the right direction and it just keeps getting better, my faith has never been stronger and I turn to Heavenly Father in all that I do and I always give him thanks for everything in my life.  My family had a time accepting that I had joined the church but they are used to it now because they can see the change that church and Heavenly Father have made to my life so I can now say, yes life is good in fact I can honestly say life is wonderful and if I ever get down again I know to ask the church for a blessing and give it all over to Heavenly Father and things will get better.  So I can say yes I have had a good day and it can only get better thank you for asking and how are things with you.

if it would be pleasing for a time i would like to draw upon that idea that alot of our situations are like the progial son for i have been here many times my self where he says to his father give me all that i am inherently to have on my shoulders because of my birth right. then he goes and throws it away with the things of the world and the foolish ways in which the thought is that this will make one happy, so he then goes to look for some work or food cause he has none for he threw it all away. then in his deepest sorrow he remembers that his fathers servants have eaten better then he is right now at this moment in time. so he travels to his fathers house and his father see's him from afar and does not walk to him but runs to him and throws him self upon him for gladness in his heart that he is still upon this earth. then his son speaks father i am not worthy to be thy son let me be your servant. and in the all humbleness of heart his father replies know never come we need to clean thee up and put clean clothes upon your back. and they had a feast for him and and the older bro that was allways there was jelious of the younger bro for what he did recieve because he always did what he was asked to do and  was never given any thing. but as soon as the younger bro came home he got it all. in the tender love of a parent he replied all that i have his yours son and for this your younger bro was lost but now he is found so let us go in and they did.

O at times we are lost and what great joy do we behold when our loving saviour gently puts his arms around us and says come unto me all ye that have heavey burdens and i will give you rest. let me take your yoke upon me and ye shall find rest in me. for man can lot just live on bread alone but from living water that comes from above. my days get brighter and brighter as i feel gods love and know that i am nothing with out him, that my total dependence is upon  him and to do his will for he is mighty to save. O what great joy my heart does behold as i think of what great the future does behold for those who will be patakers of the good things in life and not intangle themselves in the things that will ultimatley bring that no eternal pieace of mind.

Please tell me more about you ? what your likes and dislikes are? to anything does not matter what it is ?Jumping Rope

Hi thanks for the friend invite. I hope you are enjoying the site. I see you live in Scotland. Some of my family originated from Scotland. I guess you could say I've been to Scotland. I was only at the Edinbourgh airport. Back in March 2006, I had a very short vacation and mostly stayed in London. I wanted to say I'd been to Scotland. One Morning I flew in from London Gatwick airport. I stayed at the airport for a few hours. In the afternoon I had flown to London's Heathrow Airport. Next time I'll plan to stay longer and see more. I hope to talk to you again soon.

Take care, John

Sonehow I came in from the UK and went along the eastern side up Edinbourgh and visited the castle, I then hitch hike up into the highlands withs a truck driver. He took me up to Perth which was green and lush. Then we went down to Glasgow  and I spent two days with this nice couple. I the went to Blackpool and then down to London, Then I flew home.

Zashera if use a search engine,  type in Leavenworth Wa. USA, it will give photos and maps. Looking forward to hearing from you. Yellowhill

Hi weclome. i was in Scotland back in 71, I was befriend by a couple my age. I really like that country. What city are you from. I live in the northwest, Washington State actually near Leavenworth. The town sits on the eastern slopes of the cascade mountains. We get snow and sun and cold and heat. Great for gardening in the summer, and boating and hiking. Winter time great for snowshoeing and reading
